I read a story named A Father’s Gift . This story talk about Ritchie Valens .Ritchie played Latin music in the United States . Some people call him the father of Latin rock music. He was born in 1941. His father names is Joseph. Ritchie loves music as much as his father did. When Ritchie was five years old . he made his own guitar out of box. His father died when he was ten years old but he never stopped playing music . After that , when he was sixteen years old he and his friend started a band . A man named Bob Keane heard Ritchie play . Mr. Keane made records. He want to help Ritchie to make a Ritchie record . Ritchie recorded three very popular songs . The best one is “La Bamba ”. One day Ritchie rode in a airplane to a concert . The plane crashed and he died . He was a seventeen years old . His name was Buddy Holly and the Big Bopper.
